It is Ensure Charity’s company policy that 50% of gross revenues will be donated and NEVER in any instance will the funds be withheld from donation or retained as earnings.
Although Ensure Charity seeks to always comply with our client’s requests, Ensure Charity expressly reserves the right to NOT send the funds to the charity or non-profit of the clients choice for the following reasons:
Criteria - The Charity or Non Profit has not demonstrated their legitimacy by:
- failing to keep up to date with 501(c)(3)regulatory filings
- failing to provide documentation explaining who they are and what they do
- failing to provide an annual report
- failing to provide IRS forms 990 and 1023 within 30 days if requested
- failing to return phone/email inquiries regarding their legitimacy
State Regulation
Insurance is regulated on a state by state basis based on the clients state of domicile therefore what may be fine in one state is prohibited in another. ECC Focused Insurance Agency, LLC (slogan Ensure Charity) operates only in CA with residents of CA where law does not prohibit the donating of revenues nor the client’s direct influence in which organization receives our donation. This does not however prohibit us from donating to organizations outside of the state.
